William A. Moore

William’s influence extends beyond his clinics. He is an active leader in professional organizations and currently serves as President of the Texas Med Spa Association, where he advocates for clear physician delegation standards and responsible ownership practices in the medical spa industry. His previous leadership roles include President and Secretary of The Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal and Executive Vice President of its Board of Directors, where he contributed to advancing certification programs, licensing exams, and legislation governing medical laser use.

Dedicated to advancing education, William designs training programs to teach other providers advanced methods in girth enhancement, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and anti-aging treatments. He regularly volunteers his time with nonprofit organizations and continuously updates his skills to stay at the forefront of innovation in health and aesthetics.

William’s academic background is equally impressive. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Texas A&M–Commerce, an M.S. in Health and Human Performance with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a B.S. in Health and Kinesiology from Mississippi University for Women.

Outside of his clinical and educational work, William is also a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and healthcare equality. He played a pivotal role as a plaintiff in the landmark Supreme Court case Zarda v. Altitude Express, which secured federal workplace protections for sexual orientation under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. In recognition of his commitment, he was honored with the 2020 GLMA Achievement Award.
